Goodbye HQ2.... Hello HQ3

Today is a bittersweet day. I fell in love with CrossFit and learned that I could do more than I thought at WADBOD HQ2. I have spent a little over a year and a half at this spot and it is hard to say goodbye. The new location is going to be amazing and so much more than we could have hoped for, but I’m sure going to miss this spot. We came together and moved the whole gym today and I didn’t take a single picture lol So I’m going to share some of my favorites that I’ve taken during my time there.
